According to this review, it’s must-reading for anyone interested in edible flowers.
And The Inspired Gardener: What Makes Us Tick? contains more than 50 garden quotes taken from centuries of writings. The quotes are far-ranging – from Thomas Jefferson to Claude Monet and Chinese Proverbs. Authored by the editors of St. Lynn’s Press, the small colorful book is a great gift book.

I grow a lot of edible flowers, but I never actually get around to eating them. It would be great to have a book to inspire me.
I ? Garden Books. A kindle or iPad will never have the same magic as good old bound paper.

Ah, I can see me know lounging in the backyard with a bowl of edible flowers, reading inspirational garden quotes. A nice way to enjoy the dog days of summer, I think.
Three great hobbies: reading, gardening, and adventurous eating!
Growing tomatoes in the Garden Kit plastic system of watering only thru the roots, and locating the container on my porch in full sunlight eliminates weeding and produces the highest yield yet…
Candied violets, stuffed squash blossoms, nasturtium blossoms sprinkled through a fresh green salad, dill flowers sprinkled on cool soups, lavendar creme brulee……..these are a few of my favorite things!
