Hi,

I really enjoyed the Sun Gold cherry tomatoes I got from Behnkes last year. They lasted all the way through September. I would recommend that variety, it was a very productive plant. I'll look for seeds this week. Thanks for the tips. Dixie

Hi Dixie,

If you can bring in a few pictures that would really help. Ask for one of our horticulturists and we will see if it can be saved.

Hi,

I just posted a question about my split Japanese maple on your Facebook Fan club. I posted some pictures on your website there. I will bring the pix in to see what you have to say... It is as you stated about "dfficult to deal with." It is a 35 year old tree and I think it is ruined. Boo Hoo.

I loved the article about feeding the birds since I do the same. With the pile of snow in the backyard I am unable to get to the bird feeder but I have been throwing 4 cups of seeds everyday through the window. Lo and behold the feathered and furry friends have a feast! The squirrels are quite funny when the elusive peanut or sunflower seed goes into the snow and they dig it out and come out from their little "trenches" looking like the "abominable snow squirrel"! We have seen woodpeckers, juncos, cardinals, starlings, mourning doves, nuthatches, song sparrows, chickadees etc. It is a beautiful way to start your morning and enjoy nature! Thanks for sharing the blog.
