The Chili Appreciation Society International, Inc.’s mission is to promote chili and raise money for charity. In addition to raising funds for charitable organizations in the United States and participating foreign countries, we seek to educate the public about the historic and cultural significance of chili – an indigenous American tradition. We are working for the adoption of chili as the National Food of the United States.

We are looking for Chili Cooks to compete in a friendly competition where the charity is always the winner!

All profits will go to support the Beltsville Rotary Club! This event will be held at the Beltsville location only.
